Our in-house tech team loves experimenting with AI – we could have created a glossy, hyper-polished image of ourselves. Instead, we chose honesty. But what matters most to us is who we are together: people who genuinely enjoy each other’s company, look out for one another, and have built trust that feels more like family than a conventional team.
